
CineKabalen 8.5 Film Festival was really a game changer. From the way the films were screened, expanding the competition through the introduction of a new category, up to the discovery of new Kapampangan talents.
This year’s virtual edition of the region’s largest independent film festival led us to know more about what Kapampangan and Central Luzon filmmakers can do with the mise-en-scene.
