It’s Halloween and parties will be staged early to avoid the alcohol restriction in relation to the upcoming local polls.
In fact, most bars in the area will be holding their own versions of a Halloween party with themes like video games, ghouls, 90’s rave, and more. And the exciting part about it is you can bar hop wearing your awesome costumes.
